A British man decides to take a skinny dip in a moat( had to look up what that meant) surrounding the Japanese Emperor’s palace.  He single handedly  outmatched police as he eluded them with slippery moves, water spashing and rock throwing.   He eventually scales a wall butt naked, but awaiting cops nabbed him.  He was detained for questioning. and later released.  They probaly should have sent out animal control for this one.
