Loud-mouthed uncle Charles Barkley is at it again. In response to a tweet by Lebron James, Charles Barkley told ESPN’s Mike Greenberg on his radio show:
“I want him to make sure that he puts my name on that (list). I thought that his little one-hour special was a punk move.”
LeBron tweeted about a few days ago:
“Don’t think for one min that I haven’t been taking mental notes of everyone taking shots at me this summer. And I mean everyone!”
Barkley needs to stop the hate and congratulate Lebron, not only for his basketball skills, but his business savy. Everyone knows his “0ne-hour” special was about making money. The NBA is about making money. So when players find a way to manipulate media coverage in their favor to make money, who can blame them?
Uncle Charles had his chance to make millions as a player. Now it is someone else’s turn to do the same. By the way it looks like Charles has some media manipulation intentions of his own up his sleeve. He is just trying to stay relevant.
